Returns & withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (hirefullstack GmbH, Taborstraße 8, 10997 Berlin, Deutschland, email: info@molupops.de, phone: +49 179 4370589) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement – for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Two statutory exceptions apply to food (§ 312g(2) German Civil Code). There is no right of withdrawal for goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded (no. 2), and the right expires for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been removed after delivery (no. 3).

In plain terms: unopened, undamaged packs can be returned. Once the foil of a lolly is opened we cannot take it back for hygiene reasons.

If something arrives broken, melted or otherwise not right, send us a photo at info@molupops.de. We'll replace it or refund you – without a return shipment, because sending a damaged delivery back makes no sense for anyone. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Every pack carries a batch number. Should we ever recall a batch, we actively inform the affected orders by email and refund in full, independently of the right of withdrawal and without a return shipment.
