These terms apply to all orders placed through this website with hirefullstack GmbH, Taborstraße 8, 10997 Berlin. Deviating terms of the customer apply only if we have expressly agreed to them.

The presentation of products is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing the checkout you make a binding offer. The contract comes into existence when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you submit the order. From the order value stated there we ship free of charge.

Payment is handled by Stripe. The available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

We deliver within Germany as well as to Austria and Switzerland. Delivery usually takes one to three working days from receipt of payment. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import charges may apply, which you bear.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the exceptions for food are set out in the withdrawal policy.

Statutory warranty rights apply. If something arrives damaged, just get in touch – we'll replace it or refund you.

Our products are confectionery, not medicines. Ingredients, nutritional values, allergen labelling, batch number and best-before date are printed on the packaging and shown on the product page before purchase.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
